1. Eligibility

Participants must be enrolled in Primary 4 to Primary 6 or Junior Secondary School 1 or 2 (JSS1–JSS4) at the time of registration.

2. Registration

All entries must be submitted through the official registration platform. Incomplete or falsified information will lead to outright disqualification.

3. Parental Consent

All participants require consent from a parent or legal guardian. Submission of this form confirms such consent.

4. Competition Format

The quiz will be conducted in two stages: the preliminaries and the finals. Specific dates and modalities will be communicated to participants who make the preliminary round.

5. Conduct and Fair Play

Participants must adhere to the rules of the competition. Cheating or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Prizes

Winners will receive prizes as decided by the organizers. Non-cash prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

7. Media and Publicity

By registering, participants and their parents/guardians agree that the organizers may use their photographs, video recordings, voices, and names for publicity and promotional purposes.

8. Cancellation/Postponement

The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the competition due to unforeseen circumstances. Prior notice will be provided.

9. Data Protection

All personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of organizing the competition and will be handled in accordance with data protection regulations.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the competition shall be resolved by the organizing committee, and their decision shall be final.
